Shipping & Returns

Turnaround:

All orders are shipped within 3-5 days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. EST

Orders for expedited shipment received before 12pm EST will ship same day order received. Orders received after 12pm will ship next business day

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Common Freight Carrier

We suggest that you require a customer signature for drop ship orders. Harvy Canes cannot be liable for packages left at delivery address, without a customer signature, and claimed to have not been received.

Harvy Canes quotes delivery schedules based on carriers published delivery times. We are not responsible for delays on established transit times.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier they will send tracking information to the email address you have provided when registering your company on HarvyCanes . Please note that some orders using common freight carrier will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the actual weight and/or dimensional weight of your products, service chosen and your location. Wholesale orders will be combined to reduce shipping cost.

Claims on shipping damage must be reported within 5 day of delivery.Damaged merchandise and packaging must be saved for inspection by carrier.

Back Orders:

If we are out of stock on an item(s) we will backorder it (them), and ship what is available, unless you tell us no backorders. We will ship back ordered items automatically when they become available.

Return Policy:

In order to better handle and expedite returned items we require a return authorization. Please call or email us to obtain a RA #. That RA number must be written on the outside of the box. Boxes received without an RA # will be refused.

Merchandise returned within 90 days will be inspected and must be “like new” salable condition. There is a 10% re-stocking charge for returned merchandise.

Salable merchandise returned within 3-6 months is subject to the same requirements and will have a 30% restocking charge.

No credit will be allowed on un-salable, discounted or customized merchandise.
